HP Craft Question: How could I make Potter Puppet Pals?

Hey, my sister looked up something on Google, and it came up with a picture of the most adorable Harry Potter puppets. My mom did some reasearch, and I'm assuming she found the right thing :P But she said they weren't for sale, and that there were videos of them in puppet shows on YouTube. I think it's Potter Puppet Pals, and I'm wondering if I could make them (As you may know, I'm really a girl, and I know how to sew). Maybe an Internet pattern or something? Post your ideas here.
